At Kajal, we strive to provide high-quality fabrics and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • The fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Custom-cut fabrics, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at kajalfabrics99@gmail.com or call or what`s app on 8975762995 with your order details.
  • Provide a clear image of the product (if defective or incorrect).
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Return Shipping & Refund Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for another, please mention the desired replacement when requesting an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Cut fabrics, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for returns.
